Shipping and Returns


tinkerwolf will deliver to Mainland UK, Rep of Ireland, Europe, United States of America, Australia and New Zealand.  If your destination country is not shown, please contact us direct to check if we can deliver to you.


Estimated turnaround time until dispatch is dependent upon the product, all our products are made to order either by tinkerwolf in the UK or by our partners:

tinkerwolf trinkets products take between 5 to 10 working days to be made and dispatched, during busy periods, particularly the holiday season this may take longer. When we are working to longer lead times a banner will be displayed on our home page.

tinkerwolf moonshine products are made by our partner in the USA, these products take between 2 to 5 days to be made and dispatched, during busy periods, particularly the holiday season this may take longer.


tinkerwolf trinkets items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post (delivery aim 1 to 5 days). Postage and packing is charged based upon the weight and size of your order.

tinkerwolf moonshine items are sent tracked using DHL who use the local domestic mail carrier final delivery (delivery aim 3 - 5 days USA and 5 to 10 days rest of world). Postage and packing is not charged on tinkerwolf moonshine items.

Please make sure you input your address correctly, it is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. If an item is returned back to us with an incorrect address you will need to make an additional payment for the outward shipping.

tinkerwolf trinkets orders are notified of dispatch by email. All tracking numbers are retained by tinkerwolf, if you are concerned because you have received a dispatch notification and it is now past the expected delivery time please contact us and we will provide you with tracking details.

tinkerwolf moonshine are notified of dispatch by email, along with a carrier tracking number.  If you are concerned because you have received a dispatch notification and it is now past the expected delivery time please contact us.


You have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase with tinkerwolf, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, the payment will be returned. If you need to return the goods, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Customised/personalised goods are exempt from being cancelled.

If goods arrive in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to inform us within 30 days from delivery. This will include sending photographic evidence for us to inspect.

If there are any shortages it is your responsibility to notify us within 14 days from delivery.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days from delivery. Mistakes made on your part will not be refunded or replaced. Mistakes made by us will either be refunded or replaced.


How to return an Item or Order

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned including original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect, however we still ask that you send back all packaging with the item. You must advise and return the item within 14 days of your purchase if faulty and within 14 days if you wish to return an unwanted item for exchange. If the time frame has lapsed, please contact tinkerwolf direct to see what we can do for you. You will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% on returns unless they are Faulty.

1. email to request a return, include your invoice number and explain which item and why.
2. We will advise how best to return the item. Please follow these instructions. Once the return is authorised the returns address will be provided to you via email.
3. Buyer pays the return postage on returns of goods. If an item is proved to be faulty after we have received and inspected it, we will refund the cost of the shipping to you. In line with the Distance Seller Regulations and now the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the UK all returns, where the order is returned in full and a resalable condition you will receive a full refund (this does not apply to customised/personalised orders).
4. Obtain Proof of Postage.

Please note we will not be held responsible for any loss on any items that have not been authorised as a return.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they have been used, original packaging must be intact and returned also.  Customised/personalised goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


Discount/coupon Codes can be redeemed at the checkout. Only ONE code per person per order. If Coupon/ Discount codes are used incorrectly your order will be stopped and you will be contacted to arrange payment or the order will be cancelled. Payments will be invoiced via Paypal.
